Website content is provided for general information about LANDOVA’s services and process. Project-specific decisions, deliverables, fees, rights, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable written agreement for that project.
LANDOVA’s role
LANDOVA provides design, visualization, project definition, planning, bidding support, preliminary estimating support, and decision-making assistance. LANDOVA is not a general contractor and does not perform construction unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Contractors and construction
Homeowners select and contract directly with independent contractors and trade professionals. Contractor pricing, schedules, workmanship, warranties, permitting, means and methods, and construction obligations belong to the applicable contractor unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Preliminary estimates and contractor pricing
Preliminary estimates are planning tools and are not contractor bids, guaranteed prices, or offers to perform construction. Final project cost depends on contractor proposals, selections, site conditions, market pricing, scope changes, permitting requirements, and other project-specific factors.
Financing options
LANDOVA may help homeowners explore access to financing options through independent third-party providers. LANDOVA is not a lender. Financing availability, eligibility, rates, terms, approval, and funding are determined by the applicable financing provider.
Designs and intellectual property
Website content, branding, graphics, and general design materials are owned by or licensed to LANDOVA. Rights to project-specific plans, renderings, documents, and other deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
No guarantee of project outcomes
LANDOVA’s planning process is intended to improve clarity and coordination, but no website statement guarantees a particular contractor price, construction schedule, financing result, permit outcome, or completed-project result.
