THE LANDOVA DESIGN ADVANTAGE
We’re building a franchise workflow that makes the next design step easier to find, learn and repeat.
One purpose-built workstation brings Structure Studios, project management and design reviews within reach. Explore the concept below.

Drawing, selection and editing tools stay under the hand. Copy, Escape and Paste move to the pedals.
Build stage lessons, checklists and guided help into the same workflow designers use every day.
Bring a shared process to project work, client updates and quality checks across the franchise.
TAKE THE DESIGNER’S SEAT
Choose a stage on the GALLEON keyboard. Watch the left deck change. A dedicated 10-key handles number entry. The pedals handle Copy, Escape and Paste. The right deck keeps projects, training and recording close by.
Try House, then Pools & Spas. The middle two rows change with the stage; Save, Undo and other everyday tools stay in place.
A dedicated physical numeric keypad sits in the front-left work area, slightly forward of the design deck and just left of the GALLEON. Use the left hand for dimensions while the right hand stays on the mouse. Keep the dock movable so each designer can adjust its position.
Specify tactile keys with a raised mark on 5, 0–9, decimal, Enter, Tab, Backspace and arithmetic keys. Use standard numeric input for dimensions, elevations and quantities. The GALLEON’s 12 Stream Deck keys remain stage selectors.
Schematic only; final spacing, keypad model and left-hand comfort will be tested during design sessions. The keypad illustration shows the numeric cluster.
Interactive simulation. No applications are connected, no video is captured and no client messages are sent. “Assign buttons” lets you explore changes in this browser session.
THE ADVANTAGE IS THE PROCESS
The console is the front door to a shared LANDOVA method: the same stages, useful guidance and clear review checkpoints, ready to improve together.
| Where time gets lost | The LANDOVA approach | What it is designed to improve |
|---|---|---|
| Finding commands and recalling shortcuts | Visible, named tools for the current design stage | Design flow and consistency |
| Learning a complex toolset all at once | Stage-specific lessons, checklists and help | Designer onboarding and confidence |
| Moving between project information and design work | A persistent project deck with Zoho shortcuts | Continuity from the client brief to the design |
| Preparing each client review by hand | A planned record, prepare, review and approve workflow | Clearer updates with less production work |
These are intended benefits. Design time, training time and review-production savings have not yet been measured.
DESIGN. EXPLAIN. REVIEW.
The planned experience keeps franchisees in Structure Studios and Zoho. ChatGPT-assisted automation would help prepare the edit; the owner reviews the result before it reaches the client.
Explain the important decisions. Mark chapters and retakes from the project deck.
A proposed workflow turns the capture, transcript and markers into a branded review draft.
Watch the draft and request changes in plain language. Approve when it is ready.
The approved review would be delivered and recorded against the correct project.
The recording controls above simulate this journey. Capture, AI-assisted editing, rendering and delivery still require integration and testing.
BUILT TO IMPROVE TOGETHER
A shared workstation and process give LANDOVA a practical foundation for faster design, more focused training and a consistent client experience. The opportunity is to make those improvements repeatable across the network.
Concept configuration shown. Final hardware, integrations and franchise inclusions are still being refined.
