Stage 04 / Design & Visualization

See how your choices come together.

With the layout approved, we develop the materials, finishes and features that give the project its character. Visualizations help you understand those choices and provide focused feedback.

Why this stage matters

Make decisions with a clearer picture.

It can be difficult to imagine how individual choices will feel together. A finish sample, a pool shape and an inspiration image each tell part of the story. Design and visualization help relate those decisions to the arrangement already developed for your property.

This stage also prepares the project for estimating. An approved design gives trade partners a more defined scope to consider. Questions about the design should be resolved here so the next stage can focus on the costs associated with that direction.

From idea to decision

How we develop the details

Build on the approved layout

We refine the features, materials and finishes within the agreed arrangement. Your preferences guide the character of the design while the site information and scope remain its foundation.

Develop the visual story

Jeremy works with Structure Studios and LANDOVA’s AI workflows to explore and refine the design. Measured site conditions and human review guide the work; the images help communicate decisions.

Review and respond

Included design-review video updates and the agreed images help explain the proposal. We organize your feedback around the choices that need attention so revisions stay focused.

Explore materials in person

An optional in-home material selection visit lets you compare pool finishes, pavers, coping and waterline tile. We confirm the scope and additional fee before scheduling this service.

Design training + pool construction education

My design training through GENESIS and Elevate includes study with Kirk Bianchi and Jason Brownlee of The J. Brownlee Design Group.

I have also participated in pool construction education through Watershape University. Together, this education helps me connect thoughtful outdoor design with the practical details that matter when it is built.

I apply that foundation in Structure Studios and LANDOVA’s proprietary AI workflows to develop and refine your design. AI supports creative exploration; measured site conditions and human review guide the work. Clear choices and organized feedback keep revisions focused and productive.
