AFTER YOU REACH OUT

A conversation first.
A considered plan next.

No need to arrive with every answer. We help turn your starting point into the right planning next step.

01

UNDERSTAND

We start with you.

We review your location, priorities and goals, then follow up about fit and a consultation. Initial virtual consultations are always free, regardless of location. In-home consultations are free in Escambia County, FL; Santa Rosa County, FL; Baldwin County, AL; and Mobile County, AL. In-home visits outside these counties require a consultation fee based on travel distance. Scheduling is arranged after that first contact.

YOUR LIFE + YOUR PROPERTY
02

ALIGN

Choose the right scope.

We discuss what needs to be designed, what may come later, and the planning support that makes sense. Services and fees are agreed before paid work begins.

COME AS YOU ARE

A few ideas.
A few questions.
That is enough.

Bring what you know. We’ll help identify what needs a closer look.

  • A few photos of the property
  • Your wish list—and what is not working today
  • A survey or existing plans, if available
  • What you might want now, next and later

Do not have these yet? You can still start the conversation. Read the consultation preparation checklist →

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

You are exploring a plan, not committing to a contractor.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. A few priorities, frustrations or inspiration images are enough for an initial conversation. Approving the layout before the finishes helps you make decisions in a useful order.

Can LANDOVA help with one part of my yard?

Tell us what you have in mind. A focused project may still need to account for access, drainage, planting or future additions. We’ll discuss the appropriate scope before work begins.

What if I want to build in phases?

Tell us about the future ideas as well as your first phase. Planning spaces, utility routes and access together can help guide the sequence. Construction timing depends on your property, investment, approvals and trade coordination.

Is my investment range a construction estimate?

No. It helps frame the conversation. Design fees, trade-partner estimates, site requirements and optional features need separate review. LANDOVA does not guarantee final construction prices or cost savings.

Does LANDOVA build the project?

LANDOVA provides homeowner-side design, planning, visualization, project definition and agreed bidding or comparison support. Construction is contracted separately with independent contractors. Engineering and required approvals remain the responsibility of the appropriate qualified professionals and authorities.

Does an inquiry book a consultation?

An inquiry starts the conversation. LANDOVA reviews your location, goals and project fit, then follows up about the next step. Consultation scheduling is arranged after that review.

YOUR BACKYARD. YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.

You bring the possibilities.
